YOUR SAFETY IS OUR PRIORITY

The health and safety of our guests has always been our priority. In order to guarantee to all our Guests a comfortable stay, we have adapted to the regulations recommended by the World Health Organization and the DPCM issued by the Italian government.
These measures – which shall be regularly updated based on possible new directives issued by the aforementioned authorities – at the moment include the following:

STAFF TRAINING

All our staff is trained following the WHO and DPCM directives so that they can safely perform the assigned tasks.

SAFETY DEVICES

Safety devices such as masks, gloves and hand-sanitizing gel will be available to all guests and staff.

TEMPERATURE CHECK

A body temperature detection station will be placed at the entrance of every common area for all our guests.

TASTING ROOM, CELLARS AND WINE SHOP

We will guarantee distancing among tables and advance reservation will be mandatory to guarantee the tracking of attendance.
In the tasting room, in the cellar and in the wine shop, the maximum number of people allowed on the premises will be indicated at the entrance.

ACTIVITIES

All activities will be limited in number to guarantee safety distances.

DIMORE

The property has the advantage of a privileged location, thanks to extensive outdoor areas which have always guaranteed privacy and distancing.

ROOMS AND COMMON AREAS

We will intensify the cleaning and sanitation procedures, with particular attention to most used areas and points.
